At Vibe Tech, we ship premium smart home devices and adventure gear directly from Hong Kong to customers across Canada. We're committed to transparent pricing and reliable international delivery with no surprise fees.
All-Inclusive Pricing - No Hidden Fees
The price you see is the price you pay. All our shipping rates include customs duties and import taxes using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. You'll never receive surprise charges at delivery.

We offer competitive international shipping rates from Hong Kong to Canada:
Standard International Shipping (10-21 Business Days)
- Orders under $200: $29.99
- Orders $200 - $399: $19.99
- Orders $400+: FREE SHIPPING
Express International Shipping (7-14 Business Days)
- Orders under $200: $59.99
- Orders $200 - $399: $49.99
- Orders $400+: $29.99
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in these rates. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Times
We ship directly from Hong Kong using premium international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS):
Standard International Shipping (10-21 Business Days)
- Major Cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa): 10-14 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 12-18 business days
- Rural & Remote Areas: 15-21 business days
Express International Shipping (7-14 Business Days)
- Major Cities: 7-10 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 9-12 business days
- Rural Areas: 10-14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), customs processing delays, or due to weather conditions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our Hong Kong facility. You'll receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with international tracking number once your order ships
- Regular delivery updates as your package moves through customs and the shipping network
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada:
- Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan
- Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon
Remote & Northern Areas: Delivery to remote locations may take additional time. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships from Hong Kong, you'll receive an international tracking number via email. You can:
- Track your package in real-time through the carrier's website
- Monitor customs clearance progress
- View estimated delivery date
- See delivery status updates

The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping method to ensure the fastest, most cost-effective delivery with full DDP service.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship from Hong Kong to Canada. We're working on expanding to other international markets in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when additional countries become available.
Customs & Duties - Already Included!
No surprise fees at delivery! We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means:
- All customs duties are pre-paid by Vibe Tech
- All import taxes (GST/HST) are included in your purchase price
- No brokerage fees charged to you
- The price at checkout is your final price
This is our commitment to transparent, hassle-free international shopping.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows significant delays or the package appears lost:
- Contact us immediately at support@vibetech.ca or WhatsApp +852 5934 3996
- We'll investigate with the carrier and customs authorities
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product damage
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@vibetech.ca or WhatsApp +852 5934 3996
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
Customs Delays
Occasionally, packages may be held at customs for inspection:
- This is normal and typically resolves within 2-5 business days
- Your tracking will show "In customs" or "Customs clearance"
- Since we use DDP, you won't need to take any action or pay any fees
- Contact us if your package is held for more than 7 days
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address?
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately at support@vibetech.ca or WhatsApp +852 5934 3996 - we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet
- After Shipping: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request address changes or delivery holds (additional fees may apply)
Important: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Signature Requirements
For your security with international shipments:
- All orders: Signature required upon delivery
- If you won't be home, you can arrange alternative delivery or pickup through the carrier's website using your tracking number
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.):
- Order processing may take 2-3 business days instead of 1-2
- Shipping times may be extended by 3-7 days due to increased customs volume
- We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date
- Cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our homepage
Bundle & Multi-Item Orders
Ordering multiple products? Great choice!
- All items in your order ship together from Hong Kong
- Shipping charges apply once per order, not per item
- Reach the $400 free shipping threshold faster by bundling products from different categories
- All duties and taxes are calculated on your total order value
Shipping Restrictions
Most of our products ship without restrictions. However, certain items may have limitations:
- Lithium Batteries: Products with large lithium batteries must ship via specific carriers and may take additional time
- Oversized Items: Large or heavy products may require special handling
- Restricted Items: Some electronics may have import restrictions to certain provinces
